Subscribe to Third-Party Status Alerts

Your site can be fine while something it depends on isn't

A monitor tells you the moment your own site stops responding. It says nothing about the things your site depends on — the CDN in front of it, the payments API it calls, the AI provider it's wired into. When one of those goes down, your dashboard stays green while your customers see a broken checkout.

That's the gap this fills.

What you get

  • Subscribe to any platform on the list — Cloudflare, GitHub, Shopify, Stripe, OpenAI, Claude, Vercel, Twilio, Datadog, Zoom, Figma, MongoDB Atlas and more
  • One email when a platform reports a disruption on its own status page, one when it recovers
  • The incident's title, which of its components are affected, and its own update timeline — Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved
  • No extra checking load on your account: subscribing doesn't fetch anything on your behalf, it just watches a feed we already poll

How it works

Every five minutes, we read each subscribed platform's own public status feed. If it reports a disruption, every subscriber gets exactly one email — not one per poll, not one per component change. When it recovers, one more email closes the loop.

It's the same restraint we apply everywhere else in this product: fewer emails, each one worth reading.

Getting started

Head to Platforms in the dashboard, pick the services your business actually depends on, and subscribe. That's it — no configuration, no thresholds to tune.
